With a commitment to conscious cooking and zero waste, the team behind much-loved Fallow restaurant launched their new chicken shop concept in September 2023, FOWL.  With an entirely chicken-based menu using every part from beak to claw, head chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft aim to minimise waste that comes from the kitchen using new and creative techniques. A restaurant like no other, FOWL brings inventive chicken dishes to London’s hungry and curious.  And what’s more, in May they’re collaborating with foodie friend Professor Green to create a personalised, limited-time only dish to sit on the menu.

Founder Brian Danclair is a seasoned restaurateur and highly talented chef, bringing Caribbean plant-based cuisine to London since 2012 with the launch of his first restaurant, Fish, Wings & Tings in Brixton Village. Over a decade on, plant-based menus are still taking centre stage and Danclair knows a thing or two about this vibrant foodie world using innovative culinary techniques, showcasing the diversity and flavour of Caribbean dining in London.
