ABOUT TOU

TOU, a 1970’s Japanese Americana-inspired sando bar from the people behind Tata Eatery, Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, launched in April at The Globe Tavern in Borough Market to much excitement from foodies all across the capital.

Think crispy Iberico pork cutlets, sandwiched between a toasted brioche bun with cabbage, raspberry sauce and XO shallot sauce, accompanied by TOU’s famous house fries.

Exclusive to Amex Gold Cardmembers, this dining event at TOU will include a warm welcome from Founders Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, a glass of Roc Ambulle – a light red Pet Nat, paired perfectly with an Iberico Katsu Sando, skin-on fries and ice cream sundae.
