The experience begins with a personal welcome from Sam Buckley, introducing his approach to sustainable dining practices, followed by a hands-on masterclass into the world of pickling. The experience culminates with a thoughtfully curated four-course feasting style menu with paired wine.
Guests will enjoy intimate interactions with Sam throughout the experience, gaining insights into his culinary philosophy. Seating will be communal and convivial, designed to spark conversation and connection.
