The Restaurants
Dine at three different restaurants, enjoying two courses at each, over a six-course, champagne-paired lunch.
Brett – Brett shines in its deceivingly simple approach to fire cooking. With premium locally sourced produce, the chefs create beautiful ever-evolving menus with Scottish seafood at their core. Its warm, welcoming interiors and open kitchen make for an exciting dining experience.
The Gannet – The Gannet offers a unique take on Scottish cuisine with creative and elegant dishes. Their playful and ambitious tasting menus proudly showcase seasonal, local produce in an understated and intimate listed tenement building in the heart of Finnieston.
Iasg – Pronounced ee-usk, Iasg is the Gaelic word for fish. Using responsibly sourced Scottish seafood and delicious fresh produce, Chef Sean Currie’s cooking is indulgent yet delicate in flavour. The opulent interiors within the luxurious Blythswood Square Hotel make the dining experience at Iasg very special.
