The Restaurant
Opened in December 2022, Climat is a chic open plan restaurant located on the top floor of Blackfriars House, offering stunning views over the city of Manchester. Executive chef Luke Richardson has created a menu of delightful bistro dishes that he describes as ‘Parisian expat food’. The delicately plated small plates are perfectly suited for Climat’s award-winning wine list. Named after a specific term used in Burgundy for a wine-growing plot, Climat’s focus on wine goes beyond the famous region with illustrious references from all over the globe.
The depth of Richardson’s deceptively humble menu, Climat’s exciting ever-changing wine list and its breathtaking environment make for a truly unique dining experience.
