Cooking the Roux Way, with Steve Groves

With tuition from Steve Groves, Masterchef: The Professionals winner and Head Chef at Roux at Parliament Square, get a taste of the professional kitchen, cooking a three-course restaurant-inspired seasonal menu at The Michel Roux Jr Cookery School. Master new skills and techniques during this fun, practical and hands-on full-day full-day cooking class.
If you wish, this day course can then be followed by dinner that evening at Roux at Parliament Square, where Steve Groves is Head Chef. To include English sparkling wine upon arrival, canapés, three courses, coffee, water and wines.

This is a one-off special event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Le Gavroche: the legendary restaurant that changed the London’s restaurant scene.
During the day, Le Gavroche Executive Chef Rachel Humphrey at the Michel Roux Jr Cookery School in Clapham will host you. Guests will cook a three-course seasonal menu themed around celebrated Le Gavroche dishes.
In the evening guests will then have dinner at Le Gavroche where they will also meet Michel Roux Jnr. Includes welcome champagne, canapés, three courses, coffee, water and wine.
Guests will need to make their own way to Le Gavroche.
