Wild Honey St James was launched in spring 2019 by chef Anthony Demetre. The impressive corner site sees Anthony’s distinctive modern European menus showcased in a striking dining room designed by interior specialist Jim Hamilton, in the heart of St James’s. At Wild Honey, the team blend the finest British produce with classic French techniques to create a unique and evolving dining experience.

Expect a four-course Michelin-star menu, hosted by Anthony who’s cooking is paired with a strong commitment to sustainability. Glass of Gusbourne English sparkling wine on arrival.
