After checking-in at the 5* Great Scotland Yard hotel, Hyatt’s only London hotel from the Unbound collection, your weekend will begin with a chef-hosted lunch with Michel Roux Jr at two Michelin-starred Le Gavroche. Afterwards, a visit to the Royal Academy, before drinks and dinner in The Yard hosted by award-winning Chef Alex Harper. After checking-out, a boat tour down The Thames to London Bridge Pier – for a Gourmet Odyssey at The Shard. Visiting the three restaurants: Hutong, Aqua and Oblix, for a six-course lunch with unparalleled skyline views across the city.

In this series, exclusive to American Express cardmembers, we bring you a Chef’s Table experience to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. Chefs include: James Knappett, Nieves Barragan and Adam Handling.

A curated ingredients delivery to your home during the day will be followed that evening with a special video from the chef showing you how to prepare their dishes. They will then ‘join’ you for dinner via a live link for a Q&A. All dishes are designed to be easily prepared at home. A bottle of award-winning Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2015 included on each order for two.
