The Spence at Gleneagles Townhouse in Edinburgh is a vibrant all‑day dining restaurant located inside the newly restored Gleneagles Townhouse, a 33‑room hotel and members’ club in the city centre. With head chef Jonny Wright at the helm, its menu combines modern twists on classic dishes – using high‑quality, locally sourced Scottish produce – with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The architectural setting adds to the restaurant’s charm: a central bar under a striking glass‑domed ceiling, lush décor, and thoughtful reuse of the former bank building.
