Claude Bosi
Bibendum, London

Celebrated French chef Claude Bosi holds two Michelin stars at Bibendum set in the opulent backdrop of Michelin House in Chelsea. Claude Bosi’s style all about reinventing French classic dishes with big flavour. Starting his career in France Claude moved in the UK where he opened Hibiscus gaining two Michelin stars. Now in residence at Bibendum with a fantastic team serving crafted dishes, which are refined and inspired.

Jun Tanaka

The Ninth was awarded a Michelin star in 2019, The Ninth is Jun Tanaka’s first restaurant serving French Mediterranean-style dishes. Jun has over 20 years’ experience working in London’s top restaurants such as Le Gavroche, The Restaurant Marco Pierre White and The Square. His cooking style focuses on the finest seasonal produce with vibrant, honest flavours, his dishes use robust French classics techniques with Jun’s signature fresh twists.

Michelin-starred Tom Kitchin opened his newest venture Southside Scran in November 2018 in Bruntsfield Edinburgh. With a menu reflecting Tom’s passion for genuine seasonal produce and his love of France and its cuisine. Tom was the youngest Scottish chef to be awarded a Michelin star at 29.

Glynn Purnell
Purnell’s, Birmingham

Purnell’s Restaurant is a chic, contemporary fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Birmingham run by Michelin-starred chef Glynn Purnell. Glynn trained under Gordon Ramsey, Gary Rhodes and Claude Bosi and went on to open his first restaurant in Birmingham in 2007. He was awarded his first Michelin star in 2009.

Simon Rogan
Roganics, London – Date TBC

British chef Simon Rogan gained two Michelin stars at his flagship Cumbrian restaurant, L’Enclume. His highly complex, beautifully crafted dishes change as regularly as the natural world and his restaurant is one of the best in Britain. Roganic is Simon’s first restaurant in London, opening initially in Marylebone as a two-year pop-up. In January 2018, five years later, Roganic has returned to London, bringing elements of L’Enclume to the capital.
